If an existing property requires a refurbishment TRL can manage the process and advise as to whether any expenditure is justified by the additional rental value receivable.

TRL will handle most management tasks directly, only outsourcing lettings via local agents on a “tenant find only” basis when it is not appropriate to secure the letting directly due to the specifics – for example high end leasing instructions.
TRL can provide advice and instruct a partner to collect and register the deposit, collect the rent and chase any arrears.
